Pharmacology : Expectorant, digestive, diaphoretic and sedative

Indications : Recommended in cough , breathlessness, restlessness , Sleeplessness and pneumonia.

Dosage : 1 to 2 tablets ( 125- 250mg) in the morning and evening with honey or as directed by the physician

Diet : Luke warm water and milk

Avoid : Oil, chillies , cold water , tamarind and curd
