Indications : Recommended in chronic headache , hemicrania and migraine, heavy head , coryza, hammering pain in the head, heaviness of eyes due to cold, giddiness and insomnia

Dosage : 1 tablet ( 250mg) to be taken in the morning and evening or as directed by the physician

Diet : Papaya, torai and wheat

Avoid : Oil, chillies , jaggery and pulses
