Bhavana : Dattura ( datura metel), vijaya (Aconitum ferox), yashtimadhu ( Glycerrhiza glabra), vansalochan ( Bambusaarundinacea) and nagavalli ( Piper betel)

Indications : Improves strength, stamina and energy is a good stimulant. It is also beneficial in poor erection resulting from nerve weakness and testicular atrophy. Recommended in seminal weakness and infertility in women resulting from poor development of ovaries

Dosage : 1 to 2 tablets (125mg -250 mg) in the morning and evening by mixing with ghee and honey. To be taken with sugar and milk.

Diet : Easily digestible nutritious food and fruit juice

Avoid : Heavy , fried , spicy and sour food
