Indications:This is beneficial in arthritic symptoms. Rasa can be used as a preventive measure for vata & pitta disorders. It is effective in curing geriatric problems. It also improves sexual performance if taken regularly.

Dosage : 1 to 2 tablet(125 to 250mg) in
the morning and evening with luke warn milk or as directed by the physician

Diet : Ghee, oil, bathua, karela, barley, rice, wheat, warm water & preparations with urad dal.

Avoid : Fried and spicy food.
