Pharmacology : Haematinic, aphrodisiac and restorative

Indications : Recommended in neurogical & behavioural disturbances such as insomnia, nervous debility , lack of concentration , sluggish memory and senile dementia . Also recommended in loss of weight

Dosage : 1 to 2 tablet (125-250 mg) to be taken in the morning and evening with ginger juice or as directed by the physician

Diet : Milk, barley , bread, rice, sahijan, garlic and rock salt

Avoid : Oil, red chillies and sour food itmes
